Moldy Basement in Eden Prairie, MN

A couple was living in the home where they raised their kids. The kids had gone off to college and the parents rarely ventured to the basement where the kids slept. The home developed a water leak that was not detected for weeks until the smell of mold could be detected upstairs. Our job was to remove all affected areas, dry the structure and use remediation products to kill the mold. We turned the home over to the couple's construction company when we were finished.
