Do I call SERVPRO or my insurance first?

The storm flooded my home, who should I call?

Depending on the situation you may want to call SERVPRO of Bloomington/Richfield before your insurance. Here are some things to consider:

1. Do I have insurance coverage for flooding? If unsure then call your insurance for coverage questions.
2. I do have insurance. If you are covered then call your local restoration company and schedule cleanup.

4. My adjuster can't come until Monday. Adjusters are very busy and sometimes can't come right away. SERVPRO can talk to agents and adjusters to determine coverage and scope of restoration.
